What exactly is a cash advance?
A cash advance or a payday loan is a short-term loan that people take out to help them with unexpected expenses before they receive their next paycheck. The amount of the loan is at least $100.
How do I qualify to receive a cash advance loan?
You must meet some very basic requirements established by our payday loan company. These include: a minimum age of 18, a legal residence in the United States, being currently employed and having worked for your employer for at least three months, earning a take home pay of at least $1,000 a month after taxes and other payroll deductions and have a permanent home address, a home and work telephone number and an email address.
What is the largest loan I can get?
Depending on the information you provide and our ability to verify it, you will qualify to receive a loan between $100 and $1,500.
How do I get the money when I live in another state? Will you mail a check?
We use direct deposit for all of our approved loans so that you get your money in the safest and most efficient way possible.
Everyone else turns me down because I had to file bankruptcy when I got divorced. Does that automatically disqualify me for a cash advance loan?
No, it does not. We do not check your credit history when you apply for a loan with us. It does not matter if you have filed bankruptcy, had a repossession, a charge-off or any other credit issue. We welcome applicants with all types of credit situations.
Will it take a long time to fill out the application and get my money?
No. Most people find they can complete the application in under five minutes, and if you are approved you should have your money by the next business day or sooner.
What if I don’t have a copier or a fax machine?
You will need the ability to print out loan documents to sign and return to us. Most public libraries have printers if you do not have one yourself. Also, you may need access to a fax machine if your loan representative requests copies of paystubs or bank account statements. These can be found in several office stores open to the public, such as Kinko’s and the UPS store.
How much will it really cost be to get a cash advance loan?
Before you agree to the terms of the loan, your lender will advise you on the interest rate, application fee or any other fees that are involved in processing your loan. It may seem expensive to you at the time, but you should keep in mind that taking out a cash advance loan is often less costly than paying overdraft and late fees on your other accounts.
What if I already have another cash advance loan?
That is fine. We just ask that you disclose the name of the lender and the amount you still owe on the loan on your application.
When is the loan due? How do I repay it?
Your cash advance loan is due in full by the date you receive your next paycheck. For your convenience, we automatically deduct the full loan amount, plus fees, from your checking account on that date. If you are unable to repay your loan at that time, you may request an extension. If your request is granted, it will be subject to additional fees. You must make sure you contact your lender before the loan due date if you are in need of an extension.
Do you rent or sell my personal information?
Absolutely not. The privacy of your personal and financial data is always protected through the very latest in security technology which encrypts your information to anyone other than our employees. Our privacy policy is written out in detail on our Legal Information page.
Do I have to apply all over again if I need another loan?
Yes and no. We have a return customer feature on our website which stores your login ID and your password, as well as the information from your last application. If you are interested in a new loan, update any information, such as your address or telephone number, that has changed since your last application and fill in the new date of your next paycheck. All you have to do then is submit the new application. Please keep your login ID and password handy for this purpose.
How soon can I apply for another cash advance loan?
We require that at least three full days pass between applications. If you still have an outstanding balance on one or more payday loans, be sure to disclose that information on your new application.
What if I lose my ID or password?
There is a form on the website to help you retrieve your forgotten information by entering your email and submitting a request. After you answer a security question, your information will be sent to the email address that you entered.
Can I use this information to check my loan status?
Unfortunately, no. Your login and password only allow you to apply for a new loan with most of the information already completed. To check on the status of your loan, you must contact the lender assigned to you. His or her contact information will be included in your approval email.
Can I refinance or extend my loan?
Certainly. You just need to contact your assigned lender who will help you with this process.
How do I update my information?
If you need to change your personal information before your next loan application, you can do so by logging in as a return customer and a screen will appear where you can make the changes.
